Fictional Projects

Throughout the 2-year Special Event Planning Program at Centennial College, there are many planning stages and skill sets involved.  Here are some fictional event examples created and developed:

Fictional Popup Store

Fictional Event planning company - Scope Event Consultant (SEC) is created.  From concept, research, and design, to the planning, execution and capture, it offers professional consulting and event management service.  

SEC will provide the event services which beyond expectations.

The fictional event is the AdobeStation pop - A collaboration of Adobe Inc. and PlayStation in combining fun and education together.

A popup store visual image, flyers and mood boards are created for this event.

Sponsorship Proposal

Fictional Sponsorship Proposal to Tim Horton for BuskerFest Toronto.  The activation and leverage plans are created specially for Tim Horton to make sure the return on investment and return on objectives are met.

Examples of activation are BuskerTim Stamp collection, BuskerTim Mascot, and BuskerTim Theme song competition.

Fictional Event Social Media Campaign

Social Media Campaign

Fictional event - J-Olympic Matsuri will take place Nathan Phillips Square on Jun 25, 2020 to celebrate Tokyo Olympics 2020.  It is a mini-sport games events with lots of children-friendly activities and Japanese food stalls.  Our objective is to get Torontonians and others who might come from all over the world actively involve in celebrating the Olympics together and cheering for their team (Country).

There will be Japanese street food such as たこ焼き takoyaki (octuspus ball), 焼きそば yakisoba (fried noodle), and ラメんramen as well as some iconic Japanese matsuri activities such ヨーヨー釣り yo-yo scooping and 千本引きsenbonki.  Some cultural experiences can be indulged with J-Olympic Matsuri.  A live-stream in real time will also be available.

Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter will be the main social media platforms to promote this event.
